Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy of Madavoor Panchayat
Vision: To become a citizen-friendly panchayat by providing timely, transparent, and quality services to citizens.
Mission: Implement Total Quality Management in the Grama Panchayat office, obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification within this financial year, and renew and maintain it through continuous improvement.
Quality Policy: Madavoor Panchayat envisions becoming a citizen-friendly panchayat by providing transparent, efficient, good governance, timely and quality services to citizens, implementing Total Quality Management, and ensuring complete citizen satisfaction and overall development of the panchayat.
